We invite parents of students that reside within our Local Intake Area (local intake area map) to enrol their child at Waikiki Primary School.
Parents wishing to enrol a child can collect an Application for Enrolment from the school office or from the link below. Once completed, it must be returned to the school office together with the following documentation:
- Birth Certificate
- Medicare Immunisation Statement
Also 3 documents with Proof of Address
- Must include: Rate notice or Lease Agreement
With any 2 of the following
- Utility bills (Water/Electricity/Gas)
- Drivers licence
Please also include any copies of Family Court orders for confirmation of proof of name or custody arrangements.
If you are living with someone and do not have a lease agreement or a rate notice in your name, we will need a Statutory Declaration from yourself and the property owner/lease.
The property owner/lease will need to provide 3 proofs as per above.
Please note: All original documents need to be sighted and photocopied with this enrolment.
We request that parents please indicate the school year your child should be enrolled in.
If your application is successful, you will then be asked to complete a Student Enrolment Form which can be obtained from the school. This form is included in a separate package of information available from the school office.
It is essential that all of the information on these forms is accurate and current. All medical information needs to be correct at time of enrolment to enable the school to create an emergency response plan if one is required.
It is vital that in an emergency, we are able to reach parents immediately. Should parents be unavailable, the emergency contact supplied will be called. Therefore, it is important that this contact information is kept updated.
